Orthopedic One (Westerville)

Andrews faced a three-phased process while transforming an active facility’s existing space into a newly improved medical suite. Phase one consisted of improving a vacant space within the facility, allowing a smooth transition for a portion of the active medical staff into a newly completed area of the building. The other two phases consisted of improvements in existing activity space with no down time for the owner. Due to physicians, patients, and staff regularly occupying the space during operating hours, a majority of the work was completed in off hours or weekend work.
