Orthopedic One (Previously Cardinal Orthopedics)

Andrews Builders transformed a vacant two story commercial building into a medical office suite. This interior build out consisted of a newly constructed MRI room and Physical Therapy center located on the first floor of the Medical Office Building. To support the MRI equipment, RF Shielding was installed around the entire room. Mandatory electrical upgrades were also installed to support functions of the new machinery and other office requirements. Andrews worked around a tight timeframe to complete this room due to chemical compounds within the Shielding. The second floor was built out for exam rooms and office space for its patients, physicians, and staff members. Working on the medical office suite, Andrews was able to complete the project on time, within budget, and met all standards and requirements.
